ANKÜNDIGUNG: ANPASSUNGEN HINSICHTLICH DER INSTANT PAYMENT VERORDNUNG

Aufgrund der Instant Payment Verordnung wird die XS2A-API im Bereich Payments entsprechend angepasst.

In Payments wird zusätzlich zum Feld Ausführungsdatum die Ausführungszeit ergänzt, wo die Uhrzeit der Zahlung mitgeliefert werden kann.

Bei Sammelüberweisungen ist es möglich, alle Einzelüberweisungen des Sammlers als SEPA oder alle als Instant Payment zu schicken – mit demselben Datum und derselben Uhrzeit.

Zusätzlich wird bei jeder beauftragen Instant Payment Zahlung eine Durchführungsbestätigung gesendet. Kund:innen erhalten eine pushNachricht auf des mobile Endgerät.

Hat der/die Kund:in keine push-Registrierung wird die Information an die Online Banking Mailbox gesendet.

Die genannten Änderungen treten am 9. Oktober 2025 in Kraft.

ANNOUNCEMENT: ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO INSTANT PAYMENT REGULATION

Due to the Instant Payment Regulation the XS2A API in the Payments Sector will be adjusted accordingly.

In Payments in addition to the execution date the execution time will be added, where the time of the payment can be transmitted.

For bulk payments it is possible to send all individual transfers of the batch as SEPA or all as Instant Payments – with the same date and time.

In addition an execution confirmation is sent for each requested Instant Payment. Customers receive a push notification on their mobile device. If the customer is not registered for push the information is sent to their online banking mailbox.

All mentioned changes will come into force on 9th of October 2025.

Aufgrund einer ermittelten Beeinträchtigung durch die Nicht-Wiederverwendung des ersten Faktors (Eingabe der Verfügernummer und/oder PIN) bei einer Zahlungsauslösung, wurden entsprechende Anpassungen im Ablauf vorgenommen. Somit ist keine erneute Eingabe des ersten Faktors über die XS2A-API mehr nötig. Der neue PIS-Flow ist ab sofort verfügbar.

ANNOUNCEMENT: ADJUSTMENT OF THE PIS FLOW DUE TO A DISCHARGE ACCORDING TO. ART. 32 ABS. 3 DEIVO (EU) 2018/389 COMPLETED

Due to an identified impairment caused by the non-reuse of the first factor (entering the user number and/or PIN) when initiating a payment, adjustments were made to the process. This means that it is no longer necessary to re-enter the first factor via the XS2A API. The new PIS flow is now available.

REMINDER: DEACTIVATION OF AN EMERGENCY MECHANISM AS OF NOVEMBER 1st, 2023.

With reference to the decision of the FMA on the exception from the provision of an emergency mechanism in accordance with Article 33 (6) DeIVO, and the information in the developer portal from July 31, 2023, we inform you that we will deactivate the emergency mechanism as of November 1st, 2023.
